Here is how the policy works:
Within 30 days:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products
you may receive a FULL REFUND - or we will exchange
it for a new one - your choice.
Simply return it: You will have your money refunded.
If it is due to our mistake, or a defective battery,
we will exchange it for a new battery: Return it, we
will send you a new one plus send you a ten pack (10)
of alkaline AA batteries free for your trouble in having
to return it to us.

We will exchange any defective product for a new one.

To exchange a defective product, send it back with your
name, address and phone number. There is a warrantee
sticker on all rechargeable batteries with the month
and year you purchased the battery. Once we receive
your package, and determine that it is defective, we
will send you a new battery. Our policy is to analyze
all returned batteries. This applies to all products
we sell *. The warrantee is for the original purchaser
only.
91 Days - 1 Year
If a battery becomes defective we will issue you a pro-rated
credit towards a new battery. Example; a batteries dies
after only 6 months, we give you 1/2 off a new replacement.
This also applies to all other products we sell. *
* Primary batteries, (non-rechargeable batteries), may
be exchanged or refunded if unused, within the first
30 days only. No other warranty applies unless defective.
